Overview:

Led a digital enablement and centralized fulfillment initiative under State Government–led umbrella brands to onboard MSEs, FPOs, and SHGs into structured e-commerce ecosystems. The project focused on operational readiness, catalog standardization, and SLA-driven fulfillment models to improve digital commerce performance.


Objectives:

  • Enable structured onboarding of MSEs under State Govt umbrella brands.

  • Design a centralized, FBA-like warehousing framework to improve fulfillment efficiency.

  • Standardize digital catalog practices to enhance data accuracy and compliance.

  • Build operational SOPs and playbooks for scalable e-commerce readiness.


Process:

  • Managed onboarding data, inventory flow tracking, and operational readiness reporting.

  • Supported centralized warehousing model design aligned to SLA and dispatch efficiency goals.

  • Developed SOPs and structured e-commerce playbooks for umbrella brands and partner entities.

  • Conducted training sessions for network partners and sellers to improve digital catalog quality.
