Overview:
Led a digital enablement and centralized fulfillment initiative under State Government–led umbrella brands to onboard MSEs, FPOs, and SHGs into structured e-commerce ecosystems. The project focused on operational readiness, catalog standardization, and SLA-driven fulfillment models to improve digital commerce performance.
Objectives:
Enable structured onboarding of MSEs under State Govt umbrella brands.
Design a centralized, FBA-like warehousing framework to improve fulfillment efficiency.
Standardize digital catalog practices to enhance data accuracy and compliance.
Build operational SOPs and playbooks for scalable e-commerce readiness.

Managed onboarding data, inventory flow tracking, and operational readiness reporting.
