Hello, I’m Hitesh Dham — a curious learner, operations professional, and data-driven problem solver. With over 7 years of experience across operations, logistics, CRM implementation, and customer support, I specialize in optimizing processes, building efficient workflows, and ensuring seamless execution in fast-paced environments.

Currently working on ONDC and Nirmit Bharat projects, I have led cross-functional teams, designed reporting dashboards, and streamlined support operations to drive measurable impact. From enhancing SLA adherence to standardizing SOPs and improving team efficiency, I thrive on solving operational challenges with a mix of structure and innovation.

But beyond the professional front, I am someone who deeply values creativity, discipline, and balance. I enjoy writing poems and quotes, practicing yoga and meditation, and immersing myself in Indian classical flute music. A lifelong martial arts enthusiast, I hold a black belt in Taekwondo and have trained in Judo, Karate, and even beginner-level fencing — though, truth be told, I’m more of a jolly and easy-going person than a fighter!
